DR. ROBERT A CLARKE, MD
As a doctor with specialties in Internal Medicine, I have practiced medicine primarily in East Orange, NJ for 19 years. I graduated from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2000 and my current hospital affiliations are East Orange General Hospital and Raritan Bay Medical Center Old Bridge Division. I was trained at New Jersey University Hospital during my internship and have served in various capacities as a Clinical Instructor of medicine and currently Physician Advisor at East Orange hospital and Chairman for the IPA organization there.
I am the Founder and President of HELP Jamaica Medical Mission, an organization I founded in 2010 with Dr. Rudolph Willis and established the organizations named based upon our mission. HELP Jamaica Foundation is an acronym for Healthcare for Every Living Person in Jamaica. We conduct fundraising drives in the United States and travel each year with a team of doctors and nurses to Jamaica to provide free health care to the medically disadvantaged.
I am a former Ex Officio advisor to the Minster of Health of Jamaica and the immediate past President of the National Association of Jamaican and Supportive Organizations (NAJASO).

DR. KARREN DUNKLEY
Dr. Karren Dunkley is an internationally recognized educator who has served in various high-level leadership positions in New York City and Philadelphia. In 2016, she received the Principal’s Leadership Award recognizing her as one of the seven best principals in Philadelphia. The prestigious Christian R. and Mary F. Lindback Foundation in the United States make this award each year. She is also the recipient of the Tuskegee University Education Advocacy Award, Omega Psi Phi Education Achievement Award, Philadelphia OIC’s Impact Award, and the Team Jamaica Bickle Community Educator Award.
Dr. Dunkley holds a doctorate in Urban Education with a concentration in Organization and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University; Masters degrees in both Political Science and Education Leadership from St. John’s University and Teachers College, Columbia University, respectively, and a Bachelors degree in Political Science with a minor in Education from St. John’s University.
Dr. Dunkley is the founder, principal, and CEO of KND Consulting, LLC, a consulting company whose portfolio includes working nationally and internationally with various corporations, school districts, and organizations. Dr. Dunkley is a social critic, advocate, and public intellectual focusing on issues relating to women empowerment, education, social justice, and national service.

DONALD FONSECA
I grew up in Western Jamaica before opting to pursue higher education at The Mico University and the University of the West Indies in Kingston. I subsequently returned to Western Jamaica and served as a teacher for over 10 years. During this time, I volunteered in a number of community development and adult education initiatives which gave me great joy.

I migrated to the USA after teaching for a number of years in the United Kingdom. Based on my initial interest in community development, I pursued studies in Urban Planning and International Development at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the USA. This endeavor brought me to work for the International NGO Oxfam America in Boston as a researcher. Oxfam is well established worldwide and has a mission to tackle the root causes of poverty and create lasting solutions.
I am seeking election to the Jamaican Diaspora Council where I hope to make a meaningful contribution to the broad framework of development. In particular, I hope to bring skills related to education strategies, community development, economic development, environmental preservation and other related matters.

DR. OLIVER JONES
Dr. Oliver is the Co-founding CEO of The Diaspora Health Group, and The Diaspora Health Political Action Committee (Super PAC).
A Glenmuir High Class 87, Alcan and Coca-Cola scholar for BA, Prairie View A&M University, Texas A&M Systems. Syracuse University MBA. Over 20 years of Senior level positions in Global Corporation including Eastman Kodak, Bausch & Lomb, and Wolseley plc.
A current resident of Virginia USA, Jones has his doctorate in Organizational Leadership focus on Knowledge “Know-How” ID and Management. Also completed the Global Energy Program at Harvard Business School, Boston MA. He is
Chairman of Source Energy Group. Additionally, Jones has rededicated all his accomplishments and aspiration to addressing global issues to improve lives.
As the Senior Economic Professor and under his leadership as Department Chair at Hampton University, The Center for Applied Economics and Entrepreneurship contributed to the formation Hampton University’s - Caribbean Center for Health and Economic Research. Dr. Oliver Jones describes himself as a “Hamiltonian” Economic Architect that "bets on manufacturing, technologies, infrastructure, commerce, corporations, finance and banks, and government support of innovation."
In 2017, Jones Acquired Arion Asia Holdings, a Caribbean Based Segregated Portfolio Private Equity Corporation. Additionally, Jones develop a process “Caribbean Wealth through Health” initiate. 2019 Jones launched Source Energy Fund and US Based - Source Energy Capital to support the Green Infrastructure Initiatives. He was also awarded NASA Patented “MERRA” Technology to launch a “Global Delivery System” to service the Caribbean.
Jones also served on several advisory positions and Non-profit boards across the world, Including NASA, US Dept. Energy, & President Obamas’ Federal Knowledge Advisory Group. Jones is Married to Dr. Dawne Jones with son Damon and 3 daughters, Olivia, Octavia (twin girls), and Olesia.

WAYNE SEATON
Mr. Seaton is responsible for the strategic growth of Sustainalytics where he leads the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) in the global fixed income markets. Prior to joining Sustainalytics, he was Managing
Partner and founder of Sustainable Public Infrastructure Partners, LLC, an advisory/consulting firm.
Mr. Seaton has had a distinguished career in investment banking and at
Wells Fargo Securities was Managing Director and Head of Sustainable
Public Infrastructure, a group he created as the first of its kind in the industry to assist clients execute ESG and sustainable transactions in airport, energy efficiency, general infrastructure, renewable, transportation and utility sectors.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Securities, he was Head of Public Finance for a boutique investment banking firm, and before that, Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. He has served as lead investment banker or financial advisor for over $25 billion in financings for some of the largest and most complex U.S. municipal capital programs.

Mr. Seaton received his A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School. He holds Series 7, 24, 50, 53, 63, 79 and SIE licenses. He is also a graduate of Jamaica College.
