SHAUNA CHIN
Shauna Chin® uses her skills as a US Army trained Nurse and her notoriety as an actress to augment her humanitarian efforts and raise awareness to various causes.

The Gulf War veteran served 8 years in the United States Army and achieved two baccalaureate degrees: one in Business Administration and a second in Nursing which she utilized to teach nursing students before transitioning into an acting career. Thus making her, despite her youth, the only candidate in the combined regions with documented expertise to advise the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade on not just one, but all the key subject areas in which counsel is being requested: citizen security, education, health and wellness, arts sports and culture, commerce and development issues.

She was appointed as Goodwill Ambassador for the National Association of Jamaican and Supportive Organizations (NAJASO) and the United Nations Association of Jamaica (UNAJ). She volunteers at the Consulate of Jamaica-Los Angeles where she implemented a successful immigration and deportation plan. If elected, her goal in addition to serve as an Advisor is to ensure that all Jamaicans in her region will have: a valid government issued ID; an immigration and deportation plan and increased access to their nearest Consulate to ease doing business with Jamaica.

TREVOR ANTHONY CREARY
Mr. Creary is a native of St. Mary, Jamaica, West Indies and a Calabar High School alumnus. He was awarded the Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad W.I., in Electrical Engineering with First Class Honors in 1973. He was awarded the Jamaica Independence Post Graduate Scholarship in 1974 and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA where he obtained a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 1976.
Mr. Creary has held many contributing engineering positions at various companies throughout his career. After M.I.T. he joined Digital Equipment Corp in Maynard, MA as a Computer Systems Design Engineer specializing in Memory Sub-Systems. He joined Encore Computer as a Systems Architect and later Vitesse Computer Systems as a Member of Technical Staff responsible for the Floating-Point accelerator unit of their GaAs Numerical Processor. He joined Sun Microsystems Computer Corp. as a Member of Technical Staff and a principal in the architecture of the SPARCstation line of desktop computers.
In 1998, Mr. Creary joined ServerWorks Corporation developing Server I/O chipsets for Intel processors. In that capacity he was instrumental in developing and bringing to market a family of high-performance memory and I/O controllers for x86 processors. These products were widely accepted by tier one OEMs.
Mr. Creary later join Broadcom Corporation through the acquisition of ServerWorks as Director of Systems Engineering responsible for the deployment of their System I/O server components.
In 2014, he became a Principal and Co-founder of Software Motor Company as the Chief Technical Officer responsible for the product strategy and development of their energy management systems.
He is a past President of the Jamaican American Association of Northern California (JAANC) and served for many years as Chairman of the Scholarship Committee for both JAANC and the Caribbean Cultural Association (CCA), Tampa FL.
Mr. Creary is married to Commander Denise McCallaCreary, Retired, United States Navy, formerly of Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies and a Merl Grove High School past student. They have three children: Karlene Elizabeth, Christopher Anthony and Matthew Alexander.

DR. BINZIE ROY DAVIDSON
A healthcare entrepreneur, educator, and community development
advocate, Dr. Davidson is from the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica.
He is a graduate of Church Teachers’ College. He was awarded a
Jamaican Commonwealth Scholarship in 1984 to Edith Cowan
University in Perth, Western Australia. He was senior teacher at
Manning’s High School for eight years. He migrated to California in
1986 to join his college sweetheart Pauline.
He attended California State University, the University of Phoenix
and Walden University earning a bachelor’s degree in Health and
Physical Education, a master’s degree and a Doctorate in Business
Administration/ Healthcare Management respectively. Dr. Davidson
is past President, of the Jamaica Awareness Association of California. As President of JAAC, he and his
executive board were instrumental in starting a Medical Mission to Jamaica and established computer
technology learning centers in the Primary schools. He is Past President/Board Member of Caribbean Cricket Club and Senior Advisor to Jamaican Honorary Consul of Los Angeles.
As NAJASO’s seventh President 2009-2013, he and his Board of Directors introduced initiatives to
streamline NAJASO into a vibrant, dynamic organization and was instrumental in the writing of the book “NAJASO-A Catalyst for Change.” He built a firm foundation with Jamaica Diaspora Movement. If
selected as the Advisor for the Diaspora Council, he will provide strong Leadership and be an advocate for the people of the USA West/Mid -West. He will empower the Organization Leaders and Jamaican
American Nationals to continue to be part of the process of the development of Jamaica for us to achieve our 2030 Vision.

LYLE YOUNG
Lyle Young -- a retired teacher who taught Special Education students in Minneapolis, MN for 27 yrs. I currently work as an Assistant Parole Officer with Ramsey County Juvenile Corrections Department, St. Paul, MN. I have also taught at Frome Secondary School--now Technical, and Sandys Secondary School in Bermuda. I hold an Industrial Arts Diploma from Mico Teachers' Coll., Jamaica, and a B.S & M.S. (Tech Ed & Voc Ed) from University of Wisconsin--Stout. I also hold a Special ED License from U of St Thomas, St. Paul, MN, and an Educational Administration K-12 License from St. Mary's University, St. Paul, MN. In 1984, I attended The Royal Military Academy-- Sandhurst, England on Officers' Training while serving in the Bermuda Regiment, and was promoted from Lance Corporal to 2nd Lieutenant. I am a founding member of the Jamaican Diaspora Education Task Force along with Leo Gilling et al, and The Jamaican Diaspora Anti-Crime Task Force with Cpt. Rupert Francis et al. I have participated in numerous Diaspora Conferences in Jamaica.
